2026 Catering Tiers
Option 1
Food truck menu of fried chicken sandwiches and sides:
$50 per person.
*This menu is limited to 50 people to prevent lines/long wait times for food.
*This menu is only available for venues within an hour and a half of Portland, ME.
Option 2
Hybrid option of fried chicken sandwiches from the food truck and a buffet with 1 appetizer and 2 sides:
$60 per person.
*For parties of 70 guests and under, the full list of chicken sandwiches will be offered, for parties larger than 70 guests, we will limit the sandwich options to 3-4 sandwiches to expedite food orders.
Option 3
Full buffet option with:
2 appetizers, 2 meat entrees, 1 vegetarian entree and 2 sides:
$70 per person.
Option 4
Family Style option with:
2 appetizers, 2 meat entrees, 1 vegetarian entree and 2 sides:
$80 per person.
Option 5
Full plated option with:
2 appetizers, 2 meat entrees, 1 vegetarian entree and 2 sides:
$100 per person.
*This menu is limited to 35 people due to staffing needs.
